Instructions for installing EURAP CD-ROM

For Windows XP and Macintosh users

Insert the EURAP CD-ROM into your computer

Double click "EURAP win"

Copy the "EURAP3" folder to your hard disk

Eject the CD-ROM

Double click the "EURAP3" folder to open it

Double click "EURAPexe" to start the program

Use password EURAP*

Follow instructions

PLEASE, DO NOT MODIFY THE NAME OF THE FILES CONTAINED IN THE "EURAP3" FOLDER

*EURAP is the password for Reporting physicians and National coordinators working with their own CRFs. A different password - given by the Central Registry - should be used in case National coordinators deal with different local centres

For users of earlier versions of Windows

Insert the EURAP CD-ROM into your computer

Double click "EURAP win"

Copy the "EURAP3" folder to your hard disk

Eject the CD-ROM

Double click the "EURAP3" folder to open it

Double click "EURAPexe" to start the program:

• a black window will open: wait a few seconds and then press any key on your keyboard

• close the black window

• double click again on "EURAPexe"
