For adding details of a new Local centre/Reporting physician:
Open EURAP
Click on "TABLES" on the main menu
a red window will open
Click on "CENTRE"
Click on "NEW" and enter the information required:
CODE: code for the new Reporting physician
DESCRIPTION: place of work of new Reporting physician
E-MAIL: e-mail address of new Reporting physician
Click on "MENU" to go back to the red window
Click on "CLOSE" to close the file
